Our school uses Compass an all-in-one school student management system designed to manage and communicate around student wellbeing and parent communications.  


As a parent, Compass allows you to:

  • Book your Parent/Teacher meetings
  • Email and communicate with teachers 
  • View up-to-date attendance information
  • Attendance pages where notes/approvals can be entered
  • Approve or enter upcoming or past absences for your child
  • Pay and consent for upcoming excursions
  • Pay contributions
  • Update your registered email and mobile number (used for SMS alerts)
  • Access information regarding upcoming events and news

These features will be rolled out over the coming year and may not be available at the moment.

To access Compass on your computer, visit  

Each parent/carer will receive a unique login username and temporary password via email. You will be prompted to change your password when you first log in. It will also ask you to verify your mobile number and email address. We encourage each parent to log in and see your children’s school activities, attendance, achievements, school communication and news.

Please note that the login letter was sent to the email address registered in the school’s database. If one email address is connected to both parents, then this parent will receive two login letters.


If two emails were received to your email address, please ensure you check the name on the top of the letter and login individually using the respective login details to access Compass.


Please ensure that you keep your login details secure and do not disclose them to others.
